McCarthy Developments are responsible for overseeing the construction and development of these phases, including the design, planning, construction, and marketing of Phase 8 & 9 Jacob’s Island, Cork. Phases 8 & 9 of Jacob’s Island development propose mixeduse residential and retail development with 437 units in total spread across six blocks. The height range of these blocks varies from 6 to 25 stories, and the development also includes a large retail unit, an ancillary crèche, road improvement, and site development works.

Phase 8: Blocks 7, 8 & 9, which are located to the south of the existing apartments.

Phase 9: Blocks 3 & 4, which are located to the north of the existing apartments. The residential blocks in these phases will complete the residential master plan for Jacob’s Island.

Overview
