Follow directions for the Jack Lynch Lee Tunnel and South Ring Road, when you exit the tunnel take the first exit (Exit 10) for Mahon & Blackrock. Proceed to the lights, take a left into Jacobs Island
From the South, Cork Airport N27, and (Carrigaline N28 Bandon N71). Proceed to the N25 South Ring Road and follow directions for the South Ring – East Link. Take Exit 10 for Mahon & Blackrock and proceed to the lights and turn right. Cross bridge and continue directly into Jacobs Island.
The 215 bus routes commence at Jacobs Island and will chauffeur you to the City Centre and further within minutes. This service offers 3 buses per hour during peak times. The 219 bus route is a short walk from Jacob’s Island travelling to the western suburbs via Douglas on the south orbital route.
