Overview

Hartys Quay is an exclusive waterside development of apartments off the Rochestown Road on the outskirts of Cork city. The scheme, with a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments and three bedroom penthouses, consists of 175 luxurious apartments arranged in nine apartment blocks.

Interiors

Making a decision about purchasing a property has just become easier. There are some addresses that are just a little bit different, that offer a bit more character than the rest, and Harty’s Quay is certainly one.

Living / Dining Rooms

Spacious living / dining rooms allow residents to sit back, relax and enjoy the tranquil views facilitated by the glass doors to the adjoining balconies. Windows are also strategically placed to allow the best views of the estuary and/or landscaped gardens.

All bathrooms and ensuites will be fitted with quality sanitary ware. Purchasers will have a choice of floor tiling, wall tiling in the shower and the splash back areas, or alternatively an allowance will be given.
